Spotlight: Community Services, Inc (https://cs-inc.org)
Community Services, Inc. needed a jolt. The pandemic had increased employee turnover, and their outdated website and hiring funnel needed a makeover. CSI hired OGM to produce a marketing video and hiring funnel that would inspire people to apply for a job as a direct support professional. OGM then built a new website for CSI that outlined their different services and created a clear customer journey that was easy to navigate. This website is the result of that effort.
